Chemical oxidation process
At a certain temperature, a thin layer of oxide film is formed on the surface of the component by chemical reaction, which is called the chemical oxidation of green. The chemical oxidation of dichromate and other oxidants is a generalized chemical oxidation process. This method does not need to pass the current, the electrochemical oxidation method of the process is simple, the cost is low. The resulting oxide film is very thin. The thickness of the membrane is about 0.5 ~ 4um. The film is soft and has low wear resistance, so it cannot be used alone. The film layer has good physical adsorption capacity, which is a good substrate for coating. After chemical oxidation, the protective layer of the coating is improved, and the protective ability of aluminum parts is greatly improved.
Microarc oxidation
The microarc oxidation is also called plasma oxidation, which is a surface treatment technology of the ceramic layer on the surface of the metal base. When the anodic oxidation voltage reaches a certain critical material surface oxide layer is punctured, arc discharge, and generate instant high temperature (> 2000 ℃), oxide film under high temperature and high pressure melt, plasma arc disappears, the melt chilling and non-metallic Al2O3 ceramic layer . The ceramic layer is more than 200 mu m, the highest hardness reaches 3000HV, and the performance of wear-resisting, corrosion resistant and high temperature impact is better than anodized film. The mechanism of microarc oxidation is not fully understood at present, but it has a simple process and does not introduce poisons.
