Aluminum alloy formwork consists of four parts: formwork system, fastening system, support system and accessories system. It has a complete supporting formwork system and is suitable for formwork systems of different structures.
According to the structural form, aluminum alloy formwork is divided into plane formwork, corner formwork and components. Among them, the corner formwork includes the external corner formwork, the internal corner formwork and the internal corner formwork, and the components include the single inclined aluminum beam, the double inclined aluminum beam, the early dismantling head of the floor slab and the early dismantling head of the beam bottom.
Aluminum alloy formwork can be divided into standard formwork and non-standard formwork according to the general form. The rectangular plane plate, corner template and common components with uniform shape are standard plates, which are in line with the height of side rib 65 mm, aperture 16.5 mm, distance between hole center and panel 40 mm, length, width and distance between hole center 50 mm. Templates or components that do not meet one of the above conditions are non-standard templates. Non rectangular formwork and non conventional components are not included in the identification scope of the above standard parts and non-standard parts

Aluminum Formwork Installation Disclosure
1-2 days before installation of the first layer of aluminum formwork,the person in charge of aluminum formwork shall organize relevant operators to be familiar with the installation coding diagram of aluminum formwork and conduct division disclosure.
Construction Setting Out
After the concrete pouring is completed and the floor concrete reaches a certain strength,the construction positioning and setting out shall be carried out immediately, and the positioning line of wall column shall have zero error.
Ground Elevation Inspection and Chiseling
The elevation and mark shall be conducted along the positioning line of the wall column. After the straightening is completed, the part higher than the concrete shall be removed with a large crowbar or electric pick to make it slightly lower than the structural elevation.
Welding of Positioning Reinforcement
There shall be no false welding in the welding process,
and the duration of each welding shall be ≤ 5 seconds,
welding space of positioning bar ≤ 1000mm
Lifting Formwork, Node Removal
During the construction and setting out, the formwork shall be lifted and the nodes shall be removed simultaneously. During the folding process, it is not allowed to smash and pry hard, and the finished concrete products shall be protected from damage.
Remove the Aall Column Formwork
After the formwork removal conditions are met or the formwork removal is approved, the wall column formwork shall be removed. Before the removal of the wall column formwork, the diagonal brace, steel wire rope and other fasteners shall be removed first.
Wall Column Formwork Transfer
After the removal of the wall column and floor slab, the whole body shall be coated with the release agent, which shall be transferred to the corresponding position in sequence according to the formwork installation sequence, the formwork code.
Wall Column Formwork Installation
The wall column slab shall be transferred to the corresponding position,and the wall column formwork shall be installed after the completion of embedded acceptance of Rebar,water and electricity.
Initial Adjustment of Wall Column Formwork
After the wall column formwork is installed, the elevation adjustment and the initial adjustment of verticality of the wall column formwork shall be carried out immediately. Before the initial adjustment, the verticality error shall be calibrated ≤ 3mm.
Remove the Beam Formwork
After the internal wall formworks are all transferred to the installation layer, the beam formworks shall be removed. Before the formworks are removed, it shall be confirmed that the work bench is safe and reliable, and there is no other material around.
Beam Formwork Installation
Before the installation of beam bottom formwork, confirm that the connection of beam bottom formwork is stable, the beam bottom installation is completed and the support is stable before the installation of beam side formwork.
Remove the Floor Formwork
After all the beam formworks are transferred to the installation floor, the floor formworks shall be removed. The bottom cage shall be removed first, then the panel shall be removed, and finally the floor C shall be removed.
Floor Formwork Installation
The beam formwork shall be installed firmly, and the floor formwork shall be installed. Before installation, it shall be confirmed that the bottom cage is supported firmly as required.
