Spray paint on the surface of an object by spray gun. There are compressed air spray painting, high pressure airless spray painting, electrostatic spray painting. Flammable paint containing a large amount of solvent is used in painting operation. The solvent vapor volatilized to the air under the condition of rapid drying is easy to form explosive mixture. In particular, electrostatic spray painting is carried out under high voltage above 60 kV. When the distance between the spray nozzle and the painted workpiece is within 250 mm, spark discharge is easy to occur, which will ignite flammable vapor.
