Wood grain transfer process of aluminum building materials:
1. The processed aluminum sheet metal shall be sprayed with the surface and background color first.
2. Select customized wood grain paper to wrap the transferred sheet metal, and fix the paper interface with high-temperature adhesive paper to prevent the wood grain paper from loosening.
3. Cover it with a tubular plastic bag with high temperature resistance and good sealing, and then vacuum from both ends of the plastic bag until the plastic bag can fully and effectively cling to the substrate.
4. Bake the sheet metal wrapped with wood grain paper. The baking temperature and time should be adjusted according to the characteristics of the transferred substrate and the depth of the surface texture to be transferred.
5. Take out the baked material, tear off the heat transfer paper and clean the surface.
Corrosion resistance

Process

This process is a physical-chemical process, which is the direct transition of a substance the solid phase to the gas phase. The aluminum profile must be in powder coated or electrophoresis treatment firstly.
