Powder spraying is used to spray powder coating on the surface of the workpiece by spraying powder equipment (electrostatic spray plastic machine). The coating is mixed with special resin, pigments, fillers, curing agents and other auxiliaries in a certain proportion, and is prepared by hot extrusion and crushing and screening. At normal temperature, they are stable in storage, by electrostatic spraying, friction spraying (thermosetting) or fluidized bed soaking (thermoplastic), and reheating the curing and curing to make a smooth and bright permanent coating to achieve the purpose of decoration and corrosion protection.

The preservation and use of powder coating:
1, away from fire, prevent sun direct illuminate, should be placed in a well ventilated, temperature under 35 ℃.
2.Avoid places where they are contaminated with water, organic solvents, oil and other materials.
3.The powder coating should not be exposed to the air at will, should be added to the bag at any time and avoid the clutter.
4.Avoid long-term skin contact, adhere to the powder of the skin to rinse clean, do not use the solvent.
Coating construction site safety:
1. The equipment should be used to remove static electricity.
2. Avoid the application of unendable discharge
3. The concentration of dust particles in the spray room is kept below the safe concentration to avoid the danger of the dust catching fire.
