Operation procedure of hot-transfer wood printing process
1: The preparation for production

2: the paper bag

3: sets of plastic bags

4: vacuum

5: Bake the transfer
1: the length of the baking transfer printing temperature and time should be according to the characteristics of the transfer printing substrate, to transfer the texture depth and comprehensive factors such as specific performance of oven do appropriate adjustments, usually transfer printing temperature is 160 ~ 190 ℃, time of 10 ~ 20 minutes.
2: During the baking process of the workpiece, observe the temperature change and ensure the furnace temperature is stable.
3: Check the furnace temperature regularly once a month to understand the change of the furnace temperature, so as to set up the best furnace temperature, so as to better make the base material bake transfer.
6: tear open plastic bags

7: tear open paper

8: Quality inspection
